Returns of Damaged Works
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We would appreciate it if you could take a digital photo of the item and of the shipping packaging it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send it to email@example.com.
Include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID, a brief description of the artwork's condition. You will receive an email from us with an update and steps on how to proceed.
Refunds（Returns of Damaged Works）
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns for Other Reasons
International orders are not eligible for returns. We do not accept any returns.
Maybe it is good idea to ask about condition of the artwork before buying. Since shipping art can be a delicate process, each artist has its own process for returns.
For final sale purchases, make sure you do your research in advance. In particular, we recommend asking about condition of the artwork to get the best sense of color, texture, and feel.
